These terms govern your use of Learn Then Watch. They are a draft and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before public launch.

Operator and eligibility

Learn Then Watch is operated by Andrew Vorobev in Russia. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Questions may be sent to gromihornet@gmail.com.

What the service does

Learn Then Watch helps you prepare Chinese vocabulary from a YouTube video, practise selected words, watch on YouTube, and review afterwards. It is an early-stage product. It depends on accessible Chinese captions and does not support every video or guarantee that captions, analysis, or a particular feature will always be available.

Your responsibilities

You may submit links only for lawful personal learning. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, abuse processing capacity, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another service’s terms.

YouTube and third-party services

Videos remain on YouTube and are subject to YouTube’s own terms, availability, and policies. Learn Then Watch does not own third-party videos and is not responsible for their content or continued availability.

Plans and payments

The current free experience may change as the product develops. Pro is shown as coming soon and cannot be purchased through the service today. Displaying a planned price or feature does not create a right to purchase it or guarantee its final availability.

Learning results

The service is an educational aid, not a promise of fluency, comprehension, examination results, or error-free language analysis. You are responsible for deciding whether a video and the generated study material suit your level.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, other users, or legal rights.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of captions and generated study material. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after revised terms are published means you accept the updated version where permitted by law.
